When will I receive my order?
Average delivery time is 5-10 days within the USA. We partner with USPS and FedEx.

Can I track my order?
Yes! When you submit your order, you will get an order confirmation email. Once we ship your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order online.
I have a problem with my order - what do I do?
Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 7 days after receiving the order. Send it to support@obsessedglobal.com
Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products - simply send us a few photos.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
What Are The International Shipping Times?
On average, here is when customers around the world usually receive their products once they have shipped:
- Canada: 6-10 Business days.
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3-8 Business days.
- Australia/New Zealand: 12-14 Business days.
- Rest Of World: 6-14 Business days.
Why Is My Order Being Split Into Multiple Packages?
We might ship some items separately as due to it's different sizing/materials and therefore different packaging requirements.
